OVERVIEW
Moderate temperatures and not too much snow.  This sounds manageable.
Strong gusty winds are the conditions for which to prepare: tie things down which are exposed to damage.

SPRING 2011 PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA

Overview of this Spring
It should be a cool Spring from start to finish.  There may be a period when we experience sudden cold winds.  The weather expected will be wet but not unruly.  Overall, a temperate climate may be enjoyed. (Jupiter, Mercury, Venus, all occidental = windy and wet all year-Coley)

March 20, 2011 Spring Ingress
This temperate forecast begins with strong March winds announcing its presence. It may be cold and winter-like but its suddenness will allow it to pass quickly.(Sun conjunct Uranus opposite Asc).

Spring is ‘coming in like a Lion’.  There is cold rain and a storm, mostly in the afternoon This will take two to three days to clear itself. (T-Square Jupiter, Saturn, 4th cusp)
